The annual AMA Winter Throws Championships will be hosted by Tasmanian Masters in 2025-2027.

Held at the Domain Athletics Centre in Hobart (site of the 2024 AMA National Championships), the championships promises to be a fun-filled long weekend of throwing things as far as possible.

• Individual events: hammer, shot put, discus, javelin, weight throw, single arm weight throw, super weight, 56lb, and 100lb.
• Throws Pentathlon
• Heavy Weight Pentathlon - Australian Championship event
